At LET'S PARTY!!! Mobile DJ Service we believe in the old adage of "KISS" (Keep It Simple Sam) when it comes to pricing your wedding. We charge a flat rate with no hourly charges, no overtime charges, no set up-tear down charges, and no travel charges. This way you know exactly what your wedding is going to cost. No Surprises!  You will find that our prices are very competitive with, and in many cases much lower than, other full time Professional wedding DJs of the same caliber in the Sacramento area. We are proud members of "The Association for Wedding Professionals International".

If you would like to find out if we are available for your wedding date please email us at djphred@yahoo.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible, usually the same day.  Please specify if you would like a quote for your reception only or for your ceremony and reception, number of guests and where your wedding will be held. If you need us for the ceremony and reception please be aware that your quote also includes the rehearsal

Our service includes the following plus much, much more.....

     General:

  • Both Fred and Justine will be there to make your wedding run smoothly.
  • Free consultations.
  • All travel.
  • Set up and tear down.
  • Master of Ceremonies.
  • $1,000,000 liability insurance policy.
  • Professional sound system with back up system.
  • Professional attire; tuxedo and formal wear.
  • Professional attitude.
  • 13 years of experience as a wedding DJ and Master of Ceremonies.

     Rehearsal:

  • If we are providing music for your ceremony then we will be at your rehearsal to help guide you and coordinate the rehearsal. We will run through the ceremony with the music you have chosen as many times as necessary to insure that you and your wedding party know just what will happen during the actual ceremony and are comfortable with it. There is no extra charge for us to be at and/or run the rehearsal but you must book us early to avoid scheduling conflicts. Essentially, rehearsals are done on a first booked first served basis. If you book us late and we are already booked on your rehearsal date then you will receive a custom cd with your ceremony songs on them so that you can still practice with the actual ceremony music. This is not nearly as effective as having an expert run your rehearsal so book us early! 

     Ceremony:

  • The incredible bose_logo.gif802 sound system for your ceremony.
  • Soft background music from the time your guests start arriving, usually 30 - 45 minutes before the wedding.
  • Music for the ceremony which we determine during our consultations.
  • 2 Wireless lapel/lavalier microphones: One for the Officiant and one for the Groom(if desired). 
  • 1 handheld wireless microphone on a stand for any readings, songs, etc. if necessary.
  • We have the ability to connect guitars and other instruments into our system if needed.Just let us know what you will need.

  • Soft background music as guests leave the ceremony and proceed to the reception.
  • Coordination of ceremony if you do not have a wedding coordinator; i.e. spacing of bridesmaids, timing, etc. The whole 9 yards.

     Reception:

  • Master of Ceremonies for the reception.
  • Soft background music as guests enter reception and all throughout dinner.
  • Coordination of the dinner with catering staff, especially if it is a buffet. We keep it moving but try not to get too long of a line at the buffet. We have a couple of games we can play to keep your guests entertained as they go to the buffet/or not, it is up to you.
  • Coordination of the pouring of the toasting beverage with wait staff or groomsmen.
  • Wireless handheld microphone for toasts.
  • Coordination of reception events if no wedding coordinator is present otherwise we work together with your coordinator to keep the reception moving along smoothly but not rushed. We are a team and work along with your photographer, videographer, and catering staff to help make your wedding run as smoothly as possible. We gently guide you through the cake cutting, first dances, bouquet and garter toss, and honeymoon (money) dance, etc. 
  • After the formalities we then provide party music for the rest of the evening. We take requests and love to play your music lists. We also respect your wishes and do not play songs that you have indicated that you don't want played. So if you don't want the YMCA or any other songs, you won't hear them!

  • A very extensive library of music ranging from Swing to today's top 40, Country, Disco, Oldies, Blues, Hip Hop, and R&B. We cover almost every Genre of music available.
  • Professional sound system with Cerwin Vega speakers, Behringer amp, Numark dual CD player, PVDJ digital audio interface for crisp clear audio from our Dell laptop.  No boomboxes here, except at the rehearsal! I play from both a dual cd player and a laptop which gives me access to more than 18,000 songs instantly. There are a few DJs out there that have not moved into the 21st Century that will try to get you to believe that playing off a laptop/harddrive does not sound as good as playing cds. I challenge any of these DJs to try to tell if I am playing off a cd or my laptop. The proper audio interface technology is expensive and these DJs just don't want to put out the money nor do they want to spend the time ripping all their cds onto a hard drive. These are mostly part time DJs that don't have the time nor the money to make the jump to this technology. If they don't have the time for that, do they have the time to do a proper job preparing for your wedding? I spend 20 to 40 hours just in prep work on each and every wedding and I have been doing this for 13 years. How much time do they spend? Oops, I guess I'd better get off my soap box now.
  • Back up system. We always have a complete back up system just in case something happens.
